Meet the Founder
Elaine Cultrera
Born and raised in Campinas, Sao Paulo, Elaine earned her degree from the prestigious PUC University before setting her sights on a career in New York City.
After completing additional coursework in New York, Elaine worked for several top trading companies, where she honed her business acumen and financial expertise. However, she eventually found her true calling in the world of property management and personal concierge services, and relocated to Miami, Florida.
In Miami, Elaine leveraged her skills and expertise to establish herself as a top-notch personal concierge and property manager, earning her Notary license and CAM (Community Association Manager) license along the way. Today, she is proud to manage properties for absentee owners, particularly those from her native Brazil.
Outside of work, Elaine is a devoted wife and mother, and enjoys spending time with her family and exploring all that South Florida has to offer. With her unique blend of expertise, experience, and personal touch, Elaine is a true asset to the property management and personal concierge industry
